stale bread wilted lettuce
The gym had enough equipment to skip leg day, fortunately.
The room service was a joke. I ordered a simple club sandwich, it arrived two hours later looking like it was assembled by a toddler. The bread was stale, the lettuce wilted, and I suspect the chicken had been clucking a few days prior.

slow valet service transparent bathroom wall
The staff provided helpful assistance when requested.
The valet service was slow I experienced delays in retrieving my car on several occasions. This caused me to miss an important work meeting. The room's transparent bathroom wall also impacted privacy.

bathroom privacy loud bar
the room felt cramped the layout was awkward. the transparent glass separating the bathroom from the room was a significant privacy issue. the outdoor bar on the eighth floor was loud late into the night making it difficult to sleep
